Pros
Easy to get hired; they will hire basically anyone because they don't do any tech screen, so even if you're really bad you can get a job.
Cons
No respect for work: They prefer to sit out and do nothing rather than try to push for projects. It feels like stealing from their clients. Also no pride in their work, they just do the bare minimum to get the job done and don't try to do a good job. No trust from clients: I guess this company has a reputation for being a bad consulting firm, because their clients feel like they have to micromanage the consultants. No tech screen means you may get placed in a job/company you don't even have close to the skills for, and they dupe the clients into thinking they do have the skills. Blame employees for everything: If the employees don't have the skills the customer requested, there is no introspection from management; instead the responsibility is pushed to the employees to "make it work" or "prove yourself". Management takes no responsibility. Questionable bookkeeping: Even salaried employees have to fill out a timesheet to say they were at work at the appropriate times. The timesheet means nothing, it's just a way to waste employees time and give management an excuse for not paying salaries ("you didn't file your timesheet") Terrible compensation: 2 weeks vacation starting, management maxes out at 3 weeks, no leeway on this.
