      Was able to work from home

      Cons

      Management was inconsistent. You can't have Managers visit from the US talking about growth and not looking to lay people off during a struggle and wanting to expand and innovate, then the day after have the area manager contradict this by stating the company needs to reduce the workforce by 15% resulting in Redundancies

      The company does a good job communicating what their ongoing and ultimate goals are.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities don't seem to be the most clear or abundant, but it's also convoluted and could heavily depend on which team you're hired onto since it's a contracting company.
