Pros
They have a lot of money and can pay higher salaries than a standard B stage startup. Working here can be a high signal environment if you're interested in the crypto ecosystem.
Cons
Machiavellian dagger fight in leadership and management creates an impossible working environment. Unfortunate to see, but the CEO seems to lack the ability to lead a company or make sound character judgements of critical leadership hires. The result is a rose-colored (it's pink!) tech startup on the outside with a Succession episode playing inside. Great if you want a crash course in corporate double speak and long form manipulation.
