      - Base salary is very low (seriously underpaid) - Your hard work and performance will never be rewarded - Top managers don't even know you exist - No leadership

      Unfortunately, apart from the fact that the work is not hard, I can't say anything good.

      Cons

      People are not appreciated, management makes them pay for lunches that they themselves collect at home. The biggest shame is that the employees did not have Christmas presents this year! Shame!
