Employees who do the real work do know that they are being exploited and ignored so they will share that with you when you join the company.
Cons
No one knows what anyone does. They didn’t onboard because they had no clue. They don’t “draft” and don’t have discussions, they just rant and go back to the old ways. Design aesthetic is from 1994. The “directors” all just copy and paste their work and try to pass the company off as innovative. Same stuff different presentation. The work is sloppy and disorganised and everyone has versions of what they need with no central quality control. I met 3 “directors” that didn’t know how to write a report after 20+ years and all they did was try to pass the work off to others. Most of the time they don’t even tell you who or where to get info from. It’s a joke. Super low pay. Everyone is a director so that title holds no weight. Top two executives have absolutely no clue on how to lead so they just put people in fear.
