- HR Department and Policies are just hard to get. It seems like no one there understands about how to manage people. Hiring someone that truly has HR experience and It's a great people person would be a great start, it can't continue this way, they are playing in a real life world and they don't understand nothing about what It's truly happening in the company and among people. This HR team It's clearly a missed shot. - The environment It's horrible among colleagues. No one cares about the company and everyone is trying to leave and send CV's - The Product and Business Model are higly unefficient. People don't believe in the model and are tired. Everyone thinks Uniplaces will be dead soon.
