      Fired me for a "micro-aggression" comment in which I described a certain NYC neighborhood as *formerly* dangerous and uninviting. No recourse for the alleged offense; I was fired via email. Was the white guy working in the reservations department.

      Great culture and community, Very supportive and willing to have meaningful conversations.

      Cons

      It's really hard to grow. Lots of outside employment and a lack of internal promotions. Also lack of communication between departments.
