THEY fail to tell you that you have to pass the training with a 90% to stay in the program. They should give this information in the interview process, I was only told that it would be various hours , and holidays, I was not told that I would have to pass several exams to keep my job with the company. This information should be shared so that I person can decide if they want to take a chance and "gamble" with the program or stay where they are at.
