-Smaller Bank (Bigger Banks swoop in Readily) -Very Niche; Offer high-level service to many clientele, and then drop them after some time. - High Base Salary=Limited Bonuses/Discretionary Bonuses -Ancient operating systems (I'm talking about the like from the 80's systems) - Smaller Footprint.
