Achieveble sales goals, commitment to the customer. The bank is currently in expansion mode which should create some oppurtunites for growth, senior mgmt is generally competent.
Cons
Which bank? The bank doesn't really have a reputation either good or bad. Technology not as good as some of the bigger banks.
