      Pros

      People are very friendly overall. Great working relationship with supervisors. Great pipeline.

      Cons

      Because it's small, there is a tendency towards gossip, drama, politics - the stuff of a family drama. Ineptitude may show from some in leadership positions. Lack of funds...company is still in debt.

      Pros

      Small company meant that there were many hats to wear and get great experience in all aspects of a GMP manufacturing plant.

      Cons

      Often times the workload was too much to handle as it was a small company.
