Pros
-Good place to quickly learn social if you're trying to switch industries or you're a new grad -Relaxed work environment; for example, you're able to take an hour or two during the middle of the day for appointments, errands, etc. as long as you give your team a heads up -Everyone is super friendly and some people are very intelligent -Big name accounts, which look good on resume -Pre-COVID, the office had a ton of free snacks, alcohol, etc -There are a few employee subgroups so you can find like-minded people
Cons
-Compensation is very low and we rarely get paid out our full bonus each quarter -Management plays favorites when it comes to promotions, raises, etc. -Most, if not all, accounts are understaffed and overworked -Executive team is all white, as is the majority of upper management -No transparency from management -Benefits went downhill after the iHeart acquisition (health insurance is more $$, no unlimited PTO, no maternity leave, etc)
