Pros
I had the incredible opportunity to intern at Unadat as a Software Engineer Intern during the summer of 2023, and it was truly an enriching experience. Throughout my time with the company, I gained invaluable insights into the tech industry and had the chance to work on exciting projects that challenged and developed my skills. The CEO and CTO of the company are very involved in the projects that go into the company, showing that they truly care about making a difference and outcomes. This gives you a great chance to learn and grow as a person as you see how what you've learned can be applied in the workforce. I felt welcomed and knew that Unadat valued my contributions as an intern. The team is also incredibly supportive, they provided invaluable career advice and mentorship. Response times to any questions are very quick and schedules are also very accommodating.
Cons
Honestly, it's difficult to find any significant drawbacks to my internship experience at Unadat. If I had to nitpick, I would say that towards the beginning it's hard to get adjusted to the codebase. If you're new to some of the languages and technologies that are used you might be a little lost, but once you've adjusted you find yourself learning everything that's there + more.
