Decent benefits, decent pay, fairly consistent hours, uninteusive dress code, and decent work life balance depending on the role.

This place cannot get itself together. Management WILL treat you like an idiot. You will not be trained adequately for your role (it doesn't matter what your role is, you won't be trained for it.) Your metrics WILL change often and without warning. You will be watched, and it depends on the managers mood what they will and will not tolerate on any given day, it is not consistent. You WILL be left guessing. The core values of the company are your burden to bear as an entry level employee and will NOT be followed by management. They do not care for your well-being. But hey, decent pay.
