Pros
Unique culture that makes you feel a part of a family. Their is always support in your role. Anytime I ask for help, or a request, people are willing to help or point me in the right direction. The people who work here really make Uline what it is. The benefits are great, pay is higher than most places for all positions, from what I see. They really want their employees to live a comfortable life. The Work life balance is important here and it is practiced. Their are many work events that keep making coming to work interesting, rather than the same work day everyday. Many tools and resources provided so you are successful in your role. Extensive training so you are not just thrown into your job. Open communication and feedback which really helps one feel secure in your work and role. The work is enjoyable because you see it make a difference.
Cons
Unfortunately, Uline Employees are sometimes associated with the President & CEO's personal opinions. There is a lack of diversity, but from what I hear they are working on it. Things are slow to move at times. Sometimes things shouldn't need a long drawn out explanation why it should be done. Slow to evolve in some areas.
