If there’s an actual dangerous situation, you have a 1 in 4 chance of the police getting involved (depending on who is on call and which kid is being violent and if they are a favorite) so you can write a police report.

Lots of violent clients, kids almost dying from lack of support from management and undertraining employees. Employees are not qualified to deal with the level of care the clients need. Cutting hours when a past client sues the company because they can’t afford to fully support their staff. Upper management has drama and plays favorites. Management talk badly of each other all the time.
