The disconnect between how much money this company claims to bring in and how it actually treats its frontline staff is staggering. Despite boasting about major partnerships and large-scale contracts, the basics are completely neglected. Advisers in the new business team are expected to perform under pressure while being sent home with broken or barely functioning laptops. Then those same advisers are criticised by management for technical issues that are entirely out of their control. The lack of investment in basic tools makes day-to-day work unnecessarily stressful and frankly embarrassing for a company of this supposed size. This sums up the wider culture perfectly: poor planning, misplaced blame, and leadership that talks big but fails
