PTO often needs to be planned in advance and can feel restrictive

Good coworkers - met a lot of great people here Consistent schedule - very rarely was asked to stay late

Untrained/immature management - managers are simply people who get paid more, they do not make an effort to mentor subordinates or take any concerns seriously, do NOT expect to have one-on-ones with your manager, do expect to be micromanaged by upper management Inflexible in all senses - little to no ability to work remotely, supposed to take PTO to go to appointments, "my way or the highway" mentality from upper management Stagnant - company is much more focused on maintaining what's working (even when it's clearly working less and less over time) than upgrading or just improving technologies and processes Bait and switch - I do think this improved during my time there, but multiple people I worked with felt like they were performing different duties than what they were told during the hiring process. Just beware Pay inequality - men paid more than women (though they do hire more women), outside hires paid more than internal promotions/moves No regular review process - they only offer reviews/raises when they feel the team needs a morale boost after multiple people leave or are fired High turnover - shockingly, no one wants to stay here long-term
