      Pros

      The learning experience has been excellent. The tools and engines are great for ramping up on the industry standards depending on your expertise. The people are great, except at the very high level.

      Cons

      A lot of politics to further your career. Your skills come seconds to your networking. I've seen a lot of inexperienced or incompetent people rise through the ranks because the producers and them were having lunch every day.

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
