      Ubisoft encourages a creative environment that places the emphasis on the product (games) first. Very people focused, with an excellent team atmosphere and work/life balance as a priority.

      Cons

      Limited opportunity for career advancement once you progress to a certain level. Need to be able to think and work globally.

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
