boy oh boy, I would have to go with the easiest and say the Barcelona management, but that would have been too easy due to all the bad reviews they already have here, truth to be told, is that like someone already mention before me, problems come from the C level, even problems related to management are completely and utterly C level fault, don't get me wrong of course there are some bad apples (or androids, *pun intended) on management, but the fact that those bad seeds are sitting there is, of course, the fault of a C-level who put them there in the first place with no experience whatsoever Have anyone has seen what does the Chief Agile transformation Officer (cATo) do?? another C-level role that has never worked with any team, so far off the ground, he came to the Barcelona office, promising changes, then our beloved C-level technology officer sit him on the management board suddenly we never saw this cATo ever again doing real work, anyone would say that he is doing transformation from the inside, but then again only take a minute to read comments on Glassdoor and see that if management has been so awful therefore I would say he is not doing a good job either, this company is paying a full salary to this cATo to do a podcast every week not doing anything else, outrageous and shameful!!
