- Management. The CTO in Barcelona (A.S) has lack of technical and leadership skills. Same with his managers and people. It is all smoke and mirrors. - No planification. - No professionalism. Lots of friends (even family) in key roles with no skills. Same for office providers. - Lots of politics in high positions. - Lots of lies and manipulation, and playing at everyones back.
