      they have a very good teaching platform

      they got rid of 70% of their teachers in the past 4 months two faced and unprofessional management

      - Compensation is very reasonable - Hours are flexible - Students are very cute - Lesson materials are well designed - Salary is paid on time - The management seems very caring and supportive

      Cons

      - There are sometimes student-side tech issues which cause problems with classes - The time zone difference between the US and China can be a challenge - Onboarding was a little bit slow
