Pros
The people are nice and there are still pockets of the old (good) culture. Financially sound and continues to keep fighting the good fight.
Cons
Culture has deteriorated in the last 5 years from the really strong emphasis placed on people, development and community. Morale continues to be low as USCC is the ever-struggling underdog in regionally based wireless service. Marketing is constantly undergoing org changes and restructuring that doesn't leverage the strongest talent.
