Pros

-Not physically taxing (desk work) -Potential for high pay in busy months -Surprisingly good benefits -Sales, but not aggressive sales

Cons

-Quotas. This job is *entirely* about hitting quotas. If you don't meet goals, you're out. -Customer Service is a core function of this job and it's more personal than most as you'll be spending a lot of time with each individual customer. -Cold Calling is required when you aren't busy. It's miserable. -Overbearing management at the location I worked at. Obviously not everywhere, but the structure of the job creates managers who are more dependent on commission than you are, so they're *very* overbearing.
