Pros
A lot of peers you work with are amazing people. The benifits and vacation time is great. Its nice getting yearly review for raises.
Cons
A lot of back stabbing. You don't always feel you have job security. The training that customer service gets isn't very good. Open on holidays at the call center so don't plan on being off.
