Pros

Flexible timings and balanced work life was a reason made me stay for sometime

Cons

Dress code, when I mentioned it in cons it doesn't mean that I'm against dress code but it isn't pragmatic. Wearing a tie should make you feel good and there should be uniformity. Secondly, the worst HR female in Chennai does't follow the female dress code even a single day, its awful. How can you make others follow when you are not proper ?
