Constant change, not much security

This job is very enjoyable building strong relationships with music stores and their owners and staff, solving problems and helping folks grow their business (especially "mom & pop" local music stores).

Bonus structure did not reward reps who strongly overachieved in "all but one" categories, if the one category's annual quota was missed due to lack of sales of that type of product in that region.
