      Poor Leadership from Directors Poor Communication from Directors. No clarity on the process and 0 Work-life balance. Sales is actually in charge. Customer service is treated very poorly and disrespectfully by Sales and there is no help from directors to have a professional working nvironment.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
