      Stable paycheck, Great people Nice work environment Get to work with the CEO of the company , both of them

      Customer complaints, company makes so many mistakes that are just silly. Managers just smile thru it and our no help. You feel helpless as customers call in with the same mistakes. Many customers give us 2 and 3rd chances and the company still struggles with getting it right Because if family owned and run, no room for advancement Overtime is no fun,
