      Pros

      There are so many managers, and the work is so divided between people, that it is easy to focus on what you're working on.

      Cons

      -Lots of red tape. It's hard to get approval for using third party software tools (for example). -Very conservative work atmosphere. Stifling at times. -CRT monitors, no LCD yet...... -Behind the times technology-wise. Takes a while to get off the old legacy software and to get approval to upgrade it.

      there are no pros I could think of about the job - the benefits are alright.

      Cons

      worst place I have ever worked - worst management and culture I have ever seen, most disrespectful, unprofessional leadership and micromanagement I have ever seen, finally got out and can smile again.
