Unsafe environment but good place for clinical experience - Crisis Clinician UPMC Employee Review

Good pay, benefits, work environment, employee engagement and work /life balance

Honestly, I don't have a bad thing to say. I've only had good experiences at UPMC. My only complaint is that the cafeteria food is not vegetarian or ethnic food friendly. It's just basic options.

My resume has really improved through my current position. Company has been focusing on positive work experiences for staff. I have had good raises Reasonably priced and good health care

Many positions don't ensure equity in salary offers between new hires and existing staff with the same or lower skills/experience.
