Pros

I was working at its Malaysian branch based in Kuala Lumpur. - Everyone was very friendly, respectful and helpful to one another. Moreover, everyone knew how to work hard and play hard. Additionally, everyone has a lot of insightful experiences to share, both in career and life experiences. - The company takes good care of their employees, in terms of the usual aspects and benefits (for added emphasis, the benefits were very good compared to market standards). - Good company culture with good emphasis on work-life balance. Additionally, everyone has opportunities to contribute to group discussions and help each other out. - The company gives a lot of flexibility in completing the assigned job tasks (provided you know what you're doing and can provide good justification). - The best aspect about the company is that if you know what you're doing and have the determination, you can aspire to go far in this company and career. - Managers and employees are comprised of various international backgrounds and locals too. - Good opportunities for networking and business trip travels. - Excellent conducive and cosy office environment for working. - As some of the job tasks are simple to complete, employees can learn while doing them (eg: listening to audio-books or podcasts while working). - Speaking fluent Japanese would offer a huge advantage to employees. - Learning to think on your feet and being concise in work is tremendously advised. - Good referees for future jobs.

Cons

- Limited career growth opportunities for fresh graduates (there has been improvements after getting feedback, so this has been changing for the better). - A lot to learn. As the industry is large, there will be a lot of technical terms and ideas to understand (though most are simple to understand and can be picked up on the go during the job). - Not as many people to talk with since the branch company is still young and small. - Limited choices for good and affordable food in the area. (Be careful with eating at some places as hygiene might be a huge issue). - The jam during morning and evening rush hours can be exceptionally tiresome, especially when it rains. If you're based nearby, this would be good.
