      Pros

      It was good experience working with the company I mean UNFI well basically it is fast paste on picking ordered and how to learn stack your order on the pallet pretty much it was simple if you focus and paying attention to it.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
