Pros
great team environment, good pay and benefit, the culture of the organization was excellent. Most importantly the company communicated with employees on a regular basis. Supervalu always made sure that everything was working for the benefit of both the employees as well as the company. Clear policies, flexible schedules, and the company had room for growth.
Cons
During the holidays periods the company could force overtime 7 days a week without time off to ensure customer satisfaction. Other than this, there was nothing else that worried me about the company.
