      Pros

      Stocking merchandise is quite easy. Scanning the labels to prepare for inputting the "pick line" or "back shelf" for that item.

      Cons

      Post orders are difficult to work with. Because breaking down the items from the pallet can sometimes require reorganizing the pallet for bulk quantities, and searching for extra U-boats for more minimal quantities.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
