      Pros

      The employees were good people. Avg in salary compensation, avg in benefits. People wanted the company to succeed

      Cons

      The company had too many challenges. Lots of initiatives that didnt help that much. The company ended up being bought out by Cerberus. It was big ship and it took too much time to course correct.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
