      The people actually doing the work are goo, hard-working people who want SVU to be successful.

      Cons

      The company has been in a pretty constant state of change since 2006. There have been multiple changes in leadership and in strategy.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
