Could Not Recommend Less - Senior Executive Assistant UNC Health Employee Review

Pretty much everything else. I was lured away from a very good job by the hiring manager who did not accurately assess my skill set and set me up for failure. Assigned to a VP who did not respond to my emails or questions, did not communicate with respect or clarity, and would sit on feedback rather than being proactive, leading to a lot of unnecessary frustration. Team managed by a supervisor who gossiped to teammates about teammates, including personal health information. Completely unrealistic expectations from management and poor support all around.
