Pros
They offer wonderful health and retirement benefits.
Cons
Very low raises. Not as progressive as other institutions when it comes to hybrid and remote work for non clinical staff. They do not seem to care about work-life balance. There is a lot of talk about retention, but they do not value their employees who have been here for years. They offer bonuses for job referrals instead of increasing or rewarding seasoned and loyal staff. At leadership levels in various areas have middle management's hands tied and they lose a lot of really good employees who feel their voices do not matter. If patient care is top priority, they should recognize how many people are leaving and investigate why that's happening. The patients suffer in the end by losing top care givers. Not much room for career growth.
