      Pros

      Great products, with a good reputation in the industry. Good team work, with a lot of friendly-minded people throughout the ranks.

      Cons

      Management can be pretty bad. Tries to apply the procedures and red tape of a large firm, without being one = becomes less agile. Benefits are limited to strictly legal stuff, for the most part.

      The company is progressive and attempting to use modern management styles to improve employee output and performance

      Cons

      The Management team is in Europe and the pay structure is difficult to climb. They are not quick to address issues and they are still locked into antiquated methods of reporting.
