      - Remote working - Great colleagues - Working on a product (UL360) that helps companies reduce emissions - Good benefits (holidays etc)

      - Only real downside is the usual corporate beaurocracy that can't really be helped

      Pay is on time, diverse workforce

      Cons

      Return to office roll out is botched, and somewhat illegal for those hired remotely. Also decreased 401k contribution out of nowhere
