They treat you like you are not human - Customer Service Representative UHealthSolutions Employee Review

They train you in multiple programs adding them one at a time. They dont pay you extra. When they first hire you they say after 3 months they will keep you. That is a lie they take longer than that. Also They dont care about your family or emergencies. I was sick called out and gave doctors note and they fired me , after weeks of additional training an no raise. They also accused me of being absent a day that I wasnt. Managers are very rude when you reach for support.Worst Company ever.
