6yAt UFP, we take employees’ safety and employees’ rights to raise these issues very seriously. From the day an employee joins UFP and undergoes initial onboarding, they are told that they can by-pass their local management and HR representative and contact corporate HR if they are uncomfortable about management’s conduct. This philosophy is repeated in our employee handbook and on our employee intranet portal.
We do not comment on specific employee situations, but we have reviewed our policies and procedures, and we are confident that management has handled employee complaints consistent with our values.
We want all current and prospective employees to know that they can contact me or other corporate HR representatives if they have any concerns about their employment.
