      Pros

      Made long-term friendships. Learned a lot. Hours are flexible. Great classes. Get to use facility for free.

      Cons

      Constant change. Obvious favoritism of staff and clientele. No help from management to make sales. Too many trainers hired. Don’t know what’s going on at times.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
