Pros
Promotion is on time and low competition as most of employees do not want to get promoted as increment in salary is very less compared to work load n transfer.
Cons
1.There is no reward for high performer. 2.lowest perks n other allowances compared to other PSB. 3. Absurd transfer policy . They can send person from jammu kashmir to kerla and there is no choice or other benefit for performer. 4. There may come point when u want to leave job or management will create situation so that u are bound to leave job.
