Pros
For now, patient care seems largely well done. Employees are knowledgeable about their jobs and seem to process their work effectively. Work hours, pay, and benefits are normal for administrative employees, and exceptional for all other job classifications.
Cons
Should cultural problems persist, it is only a matter of time before patient care is affected. Building an environment of fealty to Management and fear or bullying is unacceptable. Incessant lying makes it impossible for people to trust each other or believe what they hear.
