      It is good for pursuing my Ph.D. You learn things while getting a reasonable salary per month. You publish papers.

      Cons

      The minimum number of years is 5 years! They give low salaries in comparison with working in companies. You cannot afford marriage during your study :-).

      Good hours, flexible to student time schedule, allowed me to do homework on the job

      Cons

      Sometimes, other students don't take your full shift and leave like 30 mins of your shift if you give it up
