Pros
Strong motivation and involvement from peers to learn about the unique systems the company specializes in. Inter-department meetings and collaborating with other departments was encouraged.
Cons
Workload can get heavy at times, but usually this last no more than a week or two. No working remotely/from home. Work trips were about once every two months, trips usually lasting a full week.
