It started really well, as you learn and get acclimated, everyone is nice.
Cons
High pressure in an ever-changing enviroment. You'd be hard-pressed to find anyone who has been there for over 1 year, including management. There were no standard procedures; it was just management finding errors in your work and making up things as they went. Seems to be a high turnover rate.
